After 25 years of intermittent heat and other issues with our gas fireplace, we decided it was time to replace it. Fireside Hearth & Stove in Jonesboro had the exact gas insert we wanted. After visiting with them and receiving a very detailed quote with a very reasonable cost, we knew they were who we wanted to install our fireplace. We made the right choice! The folks at Fireside worked great with our schedule and found the right time and weather conditions to install the new fireplace. Adam, the installer, was excellent to work with. He put up with our barking dog and made sure to put a protective cover down on our hardwood before he started. He went over how to use the fireplace controls and even adjusted our quote since he didn't use everything in the quote. I finally have a fireplace that puts out real heat. I am so glad that Fireside was willing to come to Paragould. I highly recommend using them. Here is a picture of the fireplace before we put the tile back on.

Purchased a Quadra-fire wood pellet stove and installed in March 2023. Did not use very much until Nov through March 2024. Upon start up in Nov 2024 started having problems with stove but Fireside was on top of it. Adam came and worked on the stove and got it back up and running. Highly recommend Fireside for the stove and their warranty on the stove. Adam did a great job. Mitchell is always on top of purchasing a pallet load of wood pellets. Good job Fireside!

My experience was great. My fireplace went out at the coldest of this winter. They were quick to come when I explained it was an emergency. The service was very professional. I got a tutorial on how to use my fireplace and just some general knowledge about the install. I highly recommend their services.
